Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 15 October 2015 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that C T 2015 LIMITED be liquidated and that Shane Welsh and Bevan Ralfe, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed as joint and several liquidators for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 15 October 2015 at 12.10pm.
