BOARDBASE LIMITED (in liquidation)
Wendy Ann Somerville, insolvency practitioner, and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BOARDBASE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Dunedin, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 October 2015 at 10.07am.
We fix 2 December 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
