Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that SUNCORP MORTGAGE COMPANY NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 October 2015 to be put into liquidation.

Keith Vincent Harris and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 15 October 2015 at 10.55am.
