Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Gareth Russel Hoole and Clive Robert Bish, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by order of the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and times below:

STRAIT LINEHAUL LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) at 10.12am.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 14 November 2015 as the day on or before which creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
