Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that MATT FOWLER PAINTER LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 30 September 2015 to be put into liquidation.

Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 30 September 2015 at 3.05pm.
