Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that SHIRLEY CYCLES 2008 LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 16 September 2015 to be put into liquidation.

Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 16 September 2015 at 10.11am.
