Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Malcolm Grant Hollis and Jeremy Michael Morley, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CHESTERFIELDS PRESCHOOLS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 6 October 2015 at 4.00pm.

We fix 13 November 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
