Malcolm Grant Hollis and David Murray Blanchett, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of WAKEFIELD ELECTRICAL & REFRIGERATION LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Rotorua, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 6 October 2015 at 10.50am.

We fix 11 November 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
