Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

David Murray Blanchett and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SECOND CHANCE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Rotorua, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 6 October 2015 at 10.48am.

We fix 13 November 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
