On 14 September 2015, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that WAIROA COMPANY LIMITED be liquidated and that Alison Margaret Lemon, chartered accountant of Kerikeri, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 28 September 2015 at 1.00pm.
