Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims

On 28 September 2015, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that VESPA 123 LIMITED be liquidated and that Barry White, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 28 September 2015 at 11.45am.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 13 November 2015.
