On 25 September 2015, Steven Khov and Damien Grant, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of LOTUS GARDENS LIMITED (in liquidation), in the place of the official assignee, who resigned as liquidator on 25 September 2015 at 4.30pm.
The liquidation commenced on 16 April 2014.
