Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of XCELL LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 24 September 2015 at 12.22pm.

We fix 9 November 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
