Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 21 September 2015 at 1.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that FLUTEYMORGAN ENTERPRISES LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
