Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, William Caleb Amner, chartered accountant of Crowe Horwath, was appointed liquidator of STILLAGE HIREAGE LIMITED.

The liquidation commenced on 22 September 2015 at 9.00am.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes Wednesday 28 October 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
