Michael Grant Higgins, of Management Logistics NZ Limited, has resigned as liquidator of PRODJECT KITCHENS LIMITED (in liquidation) pursuant to section 283(2) of the Companies Act 1993.

Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners, of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as successor liquidators on 11 September 2015 at 5.00pm.

The liquidators have fixed 12 October 2015 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
