FAR-EAST TRADERS COMPANY LIMITED (in liquidation)
Tony Pattison and Jeremy Morley, chartered accountants of Napier, were appointed joint and several liquidators of FAR-EAST TRADERS COMPANY LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Napier, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 17 September 2015 at 10.13am.
We fix Thursday 15 October 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
