Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

David Vance, chartered accountant, and Colin Owens, insolvency specialist, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of the companies by the High Court at Christchurch on the date and times below:

CONTRACT PLASTERING LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.39am.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidators have fixed 15 October 2015 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
