Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the sole shareholder of the above-named company, on 28 August 2015 at 11.00am, appointed Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, as liquidators of the company.

In accordance with section 243(3) of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the company will accordingly be held in the offices of McDonald Vague Limited, Level 10, 52 Swanson Street, Auckland, on Thursday 24 September 2015, at 10.00am.

Business

1. Consideration of a report containing a statement of the company’s affairs;
2. whether to appoint Steve Tietjens, of Accru Smith Chilcott Limited, as liquidator in place of the liquidators appointed;
3. appointment of a liquidators’ committee, if thought fit; and
4. to receive the views of creditors.
