Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Malcolm Grant Hollis and David Murray Blanchett, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GROUNDTECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 14 September 2015 at 11.49am.

We fix 20 October 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
