Jeremy Morley and John Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of RAI VALLEY TRANSPORT LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Nelson, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 September 2015 at 10.09am.

We fix 9 October 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
