Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 3 September 2015, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PENROSE CONCRETE PRECAST LIMITED be placed in voluntary liquidation and that Margaret Holmes, chartered accountant of Pukekohe, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 3 September 2015.
