The above-named company was placed into liquidation by special resolution of the shareholders on 7 September 2015 at 8.45pm.
Gareth Russel Hoole and Wade Steven Glass, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 7 October 2015 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
