Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims

On 7 September 2015, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ADVANCED AIR SOLUTIONZ LIMITED be liquidated and that Barry White, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 7 September 2015 at 10.30am.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 23 October 2015.
