Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Malcolm Grant Hollis and David Murray Blanchett, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GLOBAL DEVELOPMENTS (WALTHAM) LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 September 2015 at 10.28am.

We fix 16 October 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
