FLUSHING MEADOWS LIMITED (in liquidation)
Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of FLUSHING MEADOWS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 25 August 2015 at 11.17am.
We fix 12 October 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
