On 13 August 2015 at 5.00pm, the shareholders of A F JOHNSTON ELECTRICAL (2006) LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing as liquidator of the company.

Creditors should file claims by 28 September 2015.
