Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Ann Somerville, insolvency practitioner, and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, were appointed joint and several liquidators of DIVISIONS NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 27 August 2015 at 12.13pm.

We fix 1 October 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
