Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given of the following shareholder resolution dated 31 August 2015:

“That the directors of the company having recommended that the company be placed in liquidation and that company is able to pay its debts, it is resolved that the company is placed into liquidation from 31 August 2015 and that Bryce Henry Harris is appointed liquidator.”

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 30 September 2015 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims.
