Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims

On 26 August 2015, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that GARRY HYDE PANELBEATERS LIMITED be liquidated and that Barry White, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 26 August 2015 at 9.00am.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 9 October 2015.
