PROCESS LUBRICANTS LIMITED (in liquidation)
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 283(2) of the Companies Act 1993, Christopher Robert Ross Horton, insolvency practitioner of Chris Horton Associates Limited, was appointed liquidator of PROCESS LUBRICANTS LIMITED (in liquidation) on 20 August 2015 at 3.06pm.
The liquidation of the company commenced on 24 February 2015 as a solvent liquidation. Asset realisations have not achieved anticipated levels, resulting in a projected shortfall to creditors.
Accordingly, Stephanie Beth Jeffreys and Timothy Wilson Downes resigned as liquidators on 20 August 2015, pursuant to section 280(1)(ca) of the Companies Act 1993.
