Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that PAUL’S CAMERA SHOP LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 19 August 2015 to be put into liquidation.

Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 19 August 2015 at 8.55am.
