Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that GREENWELL DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 14 August 2015 to be put into liquidation.

Keith Vincent Harris and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 14 August 2015 at 5.00pm.
