Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Jeremy Morley and John Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of A ENTERPRISE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Palmerston North, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 20 August 2015 at 10.12am.

We fix 17 September 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
