Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of 178 TAHUNANUI LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Timaru, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 August 2015 at 12.17pm.

We fix 25 September 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
