Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency and in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company appointed Peter Glenn Nightingale, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named company on 17 July 2015.

The directors had previously passed a resolution declaring that on the appointment of a liquidator, the company would be able to pay its debts.

Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator is not required to call a creditor’s meeting.
