On 22 July 2015 at 10.00am, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that POND LINING SYSTEMS LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
