Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 24 July 2015 at 1.30pm, it was resolved by a special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that VISTA INFOTECH (NZ) LIMITED (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Sukhendra Lal Bahadur, accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
