Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 22 January 2015 at 2.30pm, the shareholders of SAWASDEE THAI FOOD LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing as liquidator of the company.

Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, by 23 February 2015.
