Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above-named company commenced on 24 July 2015 at 10.19am, when the High Court at Christchurch appointed Neale Jackson and Grant Robert Graham joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
