Notice is hereby given that on 21 July 2015, the liquidation of the above-named company commenced when the shareholders appointed Jurgen Werner Herbke, chartered accountant, as liquidator.

Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

The company has no known creditors and notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final report on the liquidation in terms of section 257 of the Act, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register of Companies.

Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than 25 August 2015.
