Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that GLOBAL DEVELOPMENTS 511 MADRAS STREET LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 July 2015 to be put into liquidation.

Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 10 July 2015 at 10.10am.
