Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that EVEREST STRUCTURAL LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 3 July 2015 to be put into liquidation.

Keith Vincent Harris and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 3 July 2015 at 10.07am.
