On 6 July 2015 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that LARCHWOOD FARMS LIMITED be liquidated and that Aaron B. Allred, chartered accountant of Ashburton, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 6 July 2015.
