Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Malcolm Grant Hollis, of Christchurch, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and times below:

SYZ CANTON HONGKONG RESTAURANT LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.55am.

WDW RACING LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.57am.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
