Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and Colin McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and times below:

KOES NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.21am.
KOKO 5 CARRIERS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.12am.
MR AUTO GLASS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.15am.
We fix 11 August 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
