Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, and Wendy Ann Somerville, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of OVERLAND TOURS NZ (2012) LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 9 July 2015 at 10.18am.

We fix 14 August 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
