Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Tony Pattison, of Napier, and Jeremy Morley, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PERAK FARM CO LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Napier, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 9 July 2015 at 10.50am.

We fix Friday 31 July 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
