Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MORTON LOGGING 2008 LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Whangarei, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 6 July 2015 at 10.19am.

We fix 17 August 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
