Notice is hereby given that Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies by an order of the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and times below:

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 7 August 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
